Passions were first incited when we introduced our little brown friend to professional baristas in 1999. But it wasn’t too long ago that a tin of instant coffee was about the best you could hope for in your average Australian pantry. Now you’d be hard-pressed to find someone who isn’t harbouring amorous intentions towards a shiny new espresso machine.
So, in the spirit of the times, we’ve thrown open our doors to coffee connoisseurs everywhere. People who know a good thing when they see it and, more importantly, know what to do with it.
