We make a point of treating our decaffeinated coffee as seriously as any other coffee, and it obviously shows. Not a week goes by that we don't hear rave reviews. And we're really not surprised. It's superb. Not only do we use the purest method of decaffeination, achieved without the use of chemical solvents, but the flavour is sweet and mild with a satisfying full body. You can buy any number of Swiss Water Decaf beans, even Robusta.
Our favourite is a Colombian Excelso, but we don't blend it because we don't think it needs it. With its strong sweet popcorn/fresh-baked fruit pastry aroma, it's always excellent, and equally as good as many regular coffees. Its typical smooth Colombian butter/caramel finish makes it a sensational choice.
